DESCRIPTION:
We have developed & designed stepper motor controller comprising of Stepper Motor, Drive & HMI controllers, This system is basically a stepper Motor / Servo Motor based system for cutting sealing machines, This systems is widely used in packaging industry in different configuration like Bottom sealing, side sealing & standy pouch. Also use in Lable cutting & paper cutting application. The main advantages being consistent accuracy & fast production.
1. CUT TO LENGTH CONTOLLER
FEATURES:
- 16X4Line LCD Display.
- 2 Sensor I/ps (1 for Start & 1 for stop) & 1- Relay o/p. with setting facility of : Base speed, Final speed & acceleration.
- Length, Batch Count programable.
- Dimension : 96 X 192 X 65mm D.
- Operating Voltage: 24VDC / 230VAC, 50Hz.
2. SPOT WELDING M/CS CONTROLLER
FEATURES:
- 16X2Line LCD Display.
- I/p : 2 (1 For M/cs Start & 2nd for Reverse direction.)
- Length & Roller dia programable.
- Operating Voltage: 24VDC.
- Dimension : 96 X 96 X 120mm D.
- Cut-out: 92 X 92 mm.
3. HOT FOIL STAMPING M/CS CONTROLLER
FEATURES:
- 3 foil pull settings for flexibility.
- 16 X4 Line LCD Display
- I/p : 2 (1 For M/cs Start & 2nd for Reverse direction.)
- Speed Programable : : Up to 600 rpm.
- Operating Voltage: 24VDC
- Dimension : 96 X 192 X 65mm D
